Salon Policy

  • For your convenience, we accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Prices do not include tax or gratuity.
  • A credit card is required to hold certain hair appointments and a 24-hour cancellation policy is enforced with these appointments. Failure to adhere to the cancellation policy will result in a charge to the credit card for the full service price.
  • Prices and Services subject to change.

Kiwa Point System

Get one point for every dollar spent on services and products (tax amount does not count toward points).

    For example:
  • a $55 haircut ($57.48 with tax) will earn 55 points.
  • 1000 points can be redeemed for any one product under $36.00.

Additional Policies

  • Confirmation calls will go out one business day before the date of appointment. Please be aware that if we are unable to confirm your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment.
  • As a general rule, confirmation is attempted by phone, so please give us a phone number at which you can be reached and where voicemail messages can be left.
  • If you do not request a specific stylist, we will choose one for you. In this case, please understand that the stylist we assign you may change due to the status of other appointments.
  • If you have a stylist that you like, please be sure to mention his or her name when you make your appointment.
  • If you are a first-time customer, we may have some questions on the phone about your hair, so we recommend that you be the one to call and make the appointment.

After Care Service

If you are not entirely satisfied with your service, please call and schedule within two weeks/ from the original service date for a redo. Any redo requested made after two weeks from the original service date will be under the discretion of management approval. The redo policy doesn’t cover a change in the style. Full service price applies after two weeks. We do not offer refunds for any services.
